Exciting update! 🚆🚧 Here are the latest artist impressions of the new Eglinton Station, inspired by local flora and fauna. 🤩
East of the Beach is conveniently located within 1km of both the Eglinton Station AND Alkimos Station so residents will be able to take their pick when traveling by rail!
The station will feature:
🎫 public services such as vending machines, passenger ticketing and information, storage, cleaning and operational facilities
🚲 a shared path, two secure bike shelters with the ability to add additional shelters in the future
🚌 eight-stand bus interchange with four layover bays and information facilities dedicated passenger drop-off area
🚗 approximately 400 parking bays, with potential expansion to 1,000 bays

Remaining parts of the park are still under construction with works continuing until early 2024 so please be mindful of fencing. 🚧

Would have been goo if there wasn't a massive tree right in the middle of the grassed area, or the playground wasn't around the corner across the massive ditch that will be filled with water when it rains, and the mozzies that will breed in that stagnant water...
